Job description

L1 support profiles for our Indiana warehouse. The shift hours are flexible including weekend and night shift. Also, the shifts will rotate Quartey.

Below is the JD for Whitestone, IN warehouse L1 position.

  • As 1st and 2nd level support, first point of contact for user problems with hardware and software, including printer support (on site/remote/by phone).
  • Zebra Thermal Label printer experience, Handheld PDA device support experience is needed.
  • Support the installation, configuration and administration of client hardware and software and operating systems
  • Provide support for activities that can be planned, such as network configuration, updates, and rollouts
  • Support users with the installation and configuration of smartphones
  • System documentation / FAQ and Knowledge Base
  • Registration of service requests
  • Documentation of inquiries and faults in a ticket system
  • Skills include Zebra printer support, windows support etc.
