Job description

CEXEC Inc is looking for an Operations Support Analyst to join our team supporting our long-term customer of over 20 years on site in the Pentagon (Arlington, VA). This position requires regular interaction with senior-level staff and external organizations in accordance with customer requirements.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide functional support for NC3 capability management responsibilities to advance integration and interoperability between NC3 and National Military Command and System (NMCS) and the National Leadership Command Capability (NLCC).
  • Assist in tracking Joint Staff and operational user equities and requirements for all NC3 system-related efforts that affect NC3 policy, procedures, sustainment, and modernization. Plan and participate in assessments of NC3 systems and procedures.
  • Support to various governance forums including meeting coordination, preparing read-aheads and other materials, and maintaining on-line databases and tools.
  • Track and facilitate completion of formal taskers to the branch.

Requirements:

  • Active TS/SCI
  • 3 years of experience providing staff support (task management, briefing support, coordination etc) preferably for a senior-level staff (combatant command, service HQ, Joint Staff, component command etc.)
  • Knowledge of C2/NC2/NC3 Policy and processes preferred
  • Bachelor's degree (or 5 years' experience)
  • Excellent Written and Oral communication skills
  • Ability to function independently and utilize problem solving abilities

Education

  • A Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university is required. (or 5 years of experience)

Travel

  • 5-10% (negligible)

Salary at CEXEC is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The salary range for this position is $90,000 to $135,000.
