Job description

We are seeking a dynamic Operations Support Manager to lead hotel operations with a focus on team development, guest satisfaction, and financial performance. This is a high-impact leadership role designed for a hands-on operator who thrives in a fast-paced, people-first environment. The position requires living on-site during assignments and frequent travel to support various hotel locations within our portfolio.

The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem-solver, an effective communicator, and a strong team builder who aligns with the company’s values and commitment to excellence. This position requires 24-hour availability, living on the property during the assignment, and 90% travel.

Compensation:

$70,000 + Depending on experience


Responsibilities:
  • Oversee daily hotel operations and directly supervise teams across Front Desk, Maintenance, Housekeeping, Laundry, and Breakfast departments.
  • Oversee facilities upkeep, event planning, and ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory requirements.
  • Manage financial performance, including budgeting, reporting, and maximizing property revenue.
  • Perform administrative duties including payroll, bank deposits, and enforcement of operational and safety procedures.
  • Conduct regular team meetings, training sessions, and departmental check-ins to support communication and service excellence.
