Job description

We’re currently looking for a part-time to join our office.


Initially, this position will work approximately three to four days per week through the end of 2026. Beginning in 2027, the position will remain part-time but will likely increase to a minimum of four days per week, with the possibility of working five days. This role also has the potential to develop into a full-time opportunity.


Responsibilities will include:


• Answering incoming telephone calls and assisting clients

• Supporting our account managers and benefits specialists with day-to-day responsibilities

• Running insurance quotes

• Submitting applications and underwriting information to insurance carriers

• Assisting with open enrollment

• Updating enrollment and benefits administration systems

• Helping with other administrative and client-service needs throughout the office


We’re looking for someone who is dependable, organized and comfortable learning new systems. The right person will have a hospitable, service-oriented spirit, enjoy working as part of a team and be eager to learn and grow within the employee-benefits industry.


Previous insurance or employee-benefits experience would certainly be helpful, but we’re also willing to consider someone with strong administrative and customer-service skills who is motivated to learn.
