The (USA) Senior Coordinator, Business Support plays a critical role in facilitating business operations by managing priorities, deadlines, and communications across teams and leadership. This position supports the implementation of business solutions through data analysis, process coordination, and stakeholder collaboration. Responsibilities include calendar and expense management for leadership, tracking trends, and recommending improvements to enhance efficiency. The role requires strong organizational skills, effective communication, and proficiency in business support systems to ensure seamless execution of initiatives and alignment with company standards and objectives.
About the team:
Our team oversees Solid Waste and Recycling programs supporting Walmart facilities and operations. We collaborate with internal partners and external service providers to ensure services are safe, compliant, reliable, and cost-effective. Responsibilities include managing service providers, equipment, and disposal programs, resolving operational issues, identifying savings and diversion opportunities, and developing solutions to streamline processes and enhance performance. The team plays a key role in maintaining smooth operations while balancing cost, compliance, sustainability, and the overall associate and customer experience. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential to our success.
What you'll do:
  • Manage and prioritize complex assignments by collaborating with managers, coworkers, and business partners to meet deadlines and expectations.
  • Gather, analyze, and report data to identify trends, support business solutions, and recommend improvements.
  • Coordinate calendars, meetings, and travel arrangements for leadership, ensuring preparation materials and scheduling needs are met.

The hourly wage range for this position is $16.00 - $28.00* *The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.
