* Administrative Operational Support Specialist (Secret Clearance Required) 📍 Location: Newport, RI 🏢 On-Site Position – No Remote/Telework 🔒 Security Clearance Required: Active SECRET Clearance 🕒 Full-Time | Monday–Friday | 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM 📅 Estimated Start Date: July 2026 Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Operational Support Specialist to provide mission-critical administrative and operational support for the Naval Justice School (NJS) in Newport, Rhode Island. This role supports the Assistant Judge Advocate General of the Navy for Education, Training & Professional Development (AJAG 07) and plays a key role in coordinating training operations for Navy, Marine Corps, and Coast Guard legal personnel. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, experienced in government or military administrative operations, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, professional environment supporting classified and sensitive programs.
