Position Overview


RMGS, Inc. is currently recruiting a Student Support Coordinator in Stennis, Mississippi. This position is contingent upon contract award.


Roles and Responsibilities


  • Provide administrative and logistical support for international military students, including interpretation for Spanish‑speaking students
  • Support transportation, lodging coordination, recordkeeping, scheduling, and database management
  • Assist in maintaining student tracking systems and ensuring updates are entered in a timely manner
  • Assist with identification issuance and common access card appointments
  • Support events for international military students
  • Assist with proofreading and uploading academic reports, administering English Comprehension Level tests, and maintaining student files
  • Assist with conducting student pre‑briefs, providing contact information, and updating changes to itineraries or funding needs
  • Support dormitory key/card programming and maintain office supply inventory
  • Assist students on arrival with travel documents, berthing assignments, and orientation
  • Assist with coordinating venues and supporting graduation events, including setup, breakdown, and occasional master‑of‑ceremony duties
  • Assist with scheduling daily/weekly activities and coordinating travel/lodging for student trips
  • Performs travel and driving duties as necessary to support operational and contractual requirements
  • Assist with and provide support during official command events, including evening/weekend duties as needed


Required Qualifications and Experience


  • Active Secret security clearance
  • Valid driver’s license and obtain/maintain any required certifications
  • Strong work ethic with excellent English communication skills (Spanish required for some roles)
  • Ability to work independently with high attention to detail
  • Ability to meet the physical demands of the position which may include walking, standing, bending and moving materials throughout the workday in a fast‑paced environment
  • Ability to work non‑standard schedules (nights/weekends as needed)
  • Ability to write professional correspondence
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Windows and Office applications
  • Ability to comply with all cybersecurity and IT policies
  • Ability to maintain professional conduct and follow all applicable regulations
  • 5 years of experience writing professional correspondence and documents
  • 5 years of experience using computers, software, and related devices
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a Commercial Driver’s License (CDL Class B) within 60 days of hire
  • 5 years of fluent, bilingual communication experience in English and Spanish (oral and written)
  • 5 years of general office/administrative experience, including Microsoft Office and standard office equipment
  • Ability to produce written correspondence in a professional format
