Job description

Our client is seeking a strategic and results-driven Senior Project Manager to lead cross-functional initiatives across New Product Development (NPD), Business Continuity, Design-to-Value (DTV), Quality, and Tariff programs. This role is responsible for driving project execution, stakeholder alignment, governance compliance, and on-time delivery while partnering with teams across Marketing, R&D, Finance, Supply Chain, Regulatory, Legal, and Packaging.
  • Pay Rate Range - $55-60/HR ON W2

Responsibilities:
  • Lead end-to-end project management, including timelines, milestones, risks, and deliverables.
  • Drive cross-functional alignment and ensure projects meet business objectives and stage-gate requirements.
  • Monitor project health, identify risks, and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Provide portfolio reporting and insights to support leadership decision-making.
  • Partner with stakeholders to align on scope, financials, and project priorities.
  • Identify opportunities for cost savings, process improvements, and operational efficiencies.
  • Facilitate governance reviews, lessons learned sessions, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Champion accountability, collaboration, and successful project execution across teams.

Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of project management experience leading complex cross-functional initiatives.
  • Experience in FMCG, CPG, beauty, consumer products, or healthcare industries preferred.
  • Strong stakeholder management and experience presenting to senior leadership.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, MS Project, and the Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Knowledge of stage-gate processes and project management methodologies.
  • PMP, PMI, or similar certification preferred.
  • Strong business and financial acumen, problem-solving abilities, and communication skills.
