Job description

The TAA Revenue Operations team is looking to hire a Global Director of Sales Strategy. This person will have the primary focus of Go-to-market execution and revenue growth through Planning, Alignment and inspection. This resource will be aligned to the Divisional GM's, driving Strategy execution, relationship management via business partnership to maximize the future acv growth for the Segment. This role is responsible for GTM Governance (QBR, Forecast, Account Review, and Planning).

Responsibilities

  • Capacity, Coverage and Quota Setting- Develop a quantified view of the market opportunity to optimize territory coverage and sales resource and quota planning accordingly.
  • Account Prioritization and Scoring
  • Driving Account and Oppty Reviews with Sales Leadership- Enable the salesforce to adopt winning behaviors by reinforcing training and access to sales content and assets.
  • Orchestrate all facets of sales planning and territory management within segment.
  • Generate insights through advanced analytics and data mining to align with strategy, decision making and sales efficiency.
  • Continue to develop key performance metrics and dashboards that help EMEAfocus on forecast accuracy, customer success and other performance business drivers.
  • Establish effective analysis of trends and performance to identify greater efficiencies.
  • Drive operational excellence via management cadence and rhythm of the business rigor resulting in predictability, accountability and accuracy.
  • Implement comprehensive pipeline reporting tracking tools from top of funnel to customer value realization, account development and retention.
  • Identify and deploy sales plays to stimulate demand with key customers and partners.
  • Recommend and participate in the design of incentive programs that reinforce desired behaviors.
  • Work collaboratively to deploy technology and automate key processes to increase the amount of time that sellers spend with customers and partners.
  • Lead cross functional initiatives to transform and streamline processes to drive improved sales productivity and velocity.

Qualifications

  • Dynamic leader experience in building strong relationships with Sales for execution improvement, transformation experience is key
  • Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving. This may include using AI-powered tools, automating workflows, analyzing AI-driven insights, or exploring AI's potential impact on the function or industry.
  • 12-15 years of progressive experience in operations or sales strategy with prior sales experience an added plus
  • Strong executive presence, business partnership and presentation skills
  • Solid financial/analytical background with an operationally mindset
  • Demonstrated history of managing data inputs to raise the quality of decision making
  • Experience building a dispersed Strategy or Revenue Operations organization that continually improves delivery to field sales
  • Combination of strong intellect, creative problem solving, effective communication with colleagues and willingness to roll up sleeves to improve performance

Compensation:

$137,900.00 - $246,350.00 USDThis role is eligible for Bonus.

Compensation range listed is based on primary location of the position. Actual base salary offer is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skills, experience and actual hiring location.
