We are looking for a Sales Operations Support Specialist to help grow our business and contribute to our future.

In this role, you will ensure the sales organization operates efficiently through day-to-day systems management, reporting, process governance, and operational support. This role acts as first-line partner to the Sales team by removing blockers, maintaining data integrity, supporting deal progression, and optimizing tools and processes to enable revenue growth.

Reporting to the Sales Enablement Manager, key duties of the role include:

  • Maintain and update sales process documentation, workflows, and governance standards.
  • Support contract data entry and perform quality checks to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Coordinate RFP responses by managing content and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • Monitor Salesforce data hygiene and follow up with sellers to ensure pipeline accuracy.
  • Identify and resolve operational blockers to help advance sales opportunities efficiently.
  • Administer sales tools, provide troubleshooting support, and maintain the sales content repository.
  • Support onboarding and enablement initiatives related to sales processes and tools.
  • Build projectbased reports and assist with operational workflow improvements.
  • Deliver sales reports, dashboards, and insights for leadership, including pipeline and revenue analysis for QBRs and strategic planning.
  • Other activities to support the Sales team.

What you'll need:

  • Diploma or certificate in Business Administration, Operations, or a related field, combined with 3-5 years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or Sales Enablement support.
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce, including data hygiene, reporting, and pipeline management.
  • Strong analytical and Excel skills (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP).
  • Experience supporting sales documentation, workflows, or RFP coordination.
  • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Legal, and Operations teams.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Experience with Power BI or similar data visualization tools and event or enablement support is an asset.
