Job Purpose
Provide executive leadership for LP's Manufacturing Services organization, setting the strategy, governance, and performance expectations across procurement, environmental, health & safety (EHS), and quality assurance.
This role ensures strong alignment between service functions and plant operations to enable safe, reliable, and efficient manufacturing execution. The Vice President partners closely with Operations leadership and enterprise stakeholders to drive operational excellence, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement across the business.
In this role, you will be responsible for:
Strategic Leadership & Functional Excellence
  • Set the vision, strategy, and priorities for Manufacturing Services (Procurement, EHS, Quality Assurance) aligned to enterprise and operational goals
  • Establish governance, standards, and performance expectations across all service functions
  • Translate business strategy into clear, actionable plans and ensure consistent execution across sites

Operational Performance & Continuous Improvement
  • Drive enterprise performance metrics, management systems, and review processes to improve safety, quality, and business outcomes
  • Lead cross-functional process improvement and standardization initiatives to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
  • Leverage data, analytics, and market insights to optimize cost, performance, and decision-making

Risk Management, Safety & Compliance
  • Lead environmental, health, and safety performance, reinforcing a strong safety culture across the organization
  • Ensure effective risk management and regulatory compliance across procurement, quality, and EHS
  • Maintain accountability for audit readiness, internal standards, and external regulatory requirements

Procurement & Supply Chain Capability
