TikTok Shop Supply Chain & Logistics team is seeking experienced talents. The team is dedicated to innovating and streamlining TikTok Shop's transportation network and this pivotal role is at the forefront of shaping scalable and efficient transportation strategies. We are looking for talented individuals to join our team. As a graduate, you will get opportunities to pursue bold ideas, tackle complex challenges, and unlock limitless growth. Successful candidates must be able to commit to an onboarding date by the end of the year.

  • Support the development and implementation of logistics solutions that improve operational efficiency and enhance the delivery experience for TikTok Shop sellers in the U.S.
  • Assist with the analysis and optimization of nationwide pickup, middle-mile transportation, and last-mile handoff processes.
  • Participate in projects related to transportation routing, shipment scheduling, logistics network planning, and exception management.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Product, Engineering, and Operations, to support logistics product improvements and ensure that workflows meet seller and business needs.
  • Monitor and analyze key logistics performance indicators, identify operational trends and improvement opportunities, and support the development of practical solutions.
  • Assist with day-to-day operational projects, issue resolution, process documentation, and the continuous improvement of logistics workflows.
  • Conduct research on industry trends, carrier networks, regulatory requirements, and logistics best practices in the U.S. market.
Qualifications
  • Minimum Qualification(s)- Individuals who are completing or have recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Statistics, Data Analytics, Operations Research, or a related discipline.
  • Strong interest in e-commerce logistics, cross-border logistics, transportation operations, or supply chain management.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to organize information, analyze data, and identify key insights.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a cross-functional and multicultural environment.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and eager to learn in a fast-paced and evolving business environment.
  • Preferred Qualification(s)- Relevant internship, academic research, case competition, or project experience in logistics, transportation e-commerce, or supply chain operations.
  • Familiarity with the U.S. logistics market or major carrier networks, such as USPS, FedEx, and UPS.

Job Information

The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $70304 - $115200 annually.

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
