POSITION SUMMARY:
The Boelter Companies, a nationwide leader in commercial kitchen equipment and supply solutions, is seeking a full-time Project Coordinator to support the National Accounts division. This role is responsible for initiating contracts, establishing new accounts, executing purchase orders, coordinating equipment logistics, managing project documentation, supporting billing activities, and facilitating project closeout.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Prepare and administer contracts from initiation through project completion.
  • Coordinate with manufacturers and manufacturer representatives to support National Account project execution.
  • Assist with estimating and bid preparation activities.
  • Generate and process purchase orders in accordance with project requirements.
  • Manage change orders and support timely, accurate invoicing.
  • Coordinate equipment deliveries to ensure schedule alignment and project readiness.
  • Support project tracking activities, including acknowledgements and status updates.
  • Assist with service call coordination, ensuring timely communication and resolution.
  • Work with Supply Chain to manage customer-specific equipment inventory levels, ensuring alignment with project requirements and ongoing operational needs.
  • Coordinate customer-specific initiatives-including rollouts, equipment testing,
  • and related programs-to support seamless execution and consistent customer experience.

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, AND COMPETENCIES:
  • Associate or Bachelor's degree and/or one to three years of relevant experience required.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • High level of interpersonal skills; consistently demonstrates professionalism, tact, and diplomacy.
  • Ability to perform effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Experience with AutoQuotes and SAP is preferred, though not required.
  • Experience in the foodservice industry is a plus.
  • Ability to read and understand architectural drawings is beneficial, though not required.
