Drive problem-solving and continuous improvement initiatives by leading cross-functional teams to design, implement, and scale AI automation solutions for the operations team, streamlining manual workflows and improving operational efficiency. Facilitate the development effort by creating and monitoring an efficient, streamlined process between internal product/engineering teams and external payment vendors or financial partners. Effectively communicate status updates to stakeholders and leadership across multiple organizations, utilizing configured data and analytics dashboards to provide clear, quantitative measurements of progress. Ensure project and program objectives, deliverables, and results are completed within the agreed-upon scope, timeline, budget, and allocated resources. Provide accurate and insightful analysis by configuring and manipulating data to solve complex operational and transactional problems, presenting this data in clear dashboard formats for executive presentations and reviews. Identify technical, operational, and financial risks inherent to payment processing, and create robust risk mitigation plans to ensure the timely and secure completion of projects.
