Position Overview
International in Lisle has an exciting opportunity for a Dealer Network Program Manager in Lisle!
The Dealer Network Program Manager is responsible for leading the strategic management, execution, governance, and continuous evolution of the Prestige Standards program and related dealer network initiatives. This role serves as both the operational owner of the current-state program and the strategic leader responsible for advancing the future-state vision of dealer standards, performance integration, and dealer capability development.
This position plays a critical role in supporting International Motors' dealer network transformation efforts by ensuring alignment between Prestige Standards, Dealer Score, Customer Experience (CX), and broader Commercial Transformation initiatives.
The role requires strong program management, strategic planning, business intelligence, change management, and stakeholder leadership capabilities. The individual will lead cross-functional coordination efforts, manage dealer engagement and committee interactions, develop executive-level reporting, and drive adoption of evolving dealer standards and operational practices across the dealer network.
The successful candidate will act as a key liaison between corporate leadership, field teams, dealer representatives, and cross-functional business partners to ensure dealer programs remain effective, scalable, measurable, and aligned to long-term business objectives.
Responsibilities
  • Lead the day-to-day management and administration of the Prestige Standards program, including governance processes, communications, reporting, and program execution activities.
  • Drive the long-term strategic evolution and future-state development of Prestige Standards and related dealer capability initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain program roadmaps, implementation plans, milestone tracking, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Coordinate cross-functional efforts between Commercial, Service, Sales, Marketing, CX, Dealer Operations, Learning &
  • Development, Digital, and Field teams.
  • Facilitate collaboration with dealer committees and dealer stakeholders to gather feedback, drive alignment, and support program adoption.
  • Develop executive-level presentations, scorecards, dashboards, business updates, and strategic recommendations for senior leadership.
  • Analyze dealer performance data, operational trends, customer experience metrics, and business intelligence to identify improvement opportunities and recommend action plans.
  • Support the integration and alignment of Prestige Standards with Dealer Score, CX initiatives, and other dealer transformation programs.
  • Lead change management activities including communication planning, stakeholder engagement, readiness assessments, training coordination, and adoption tracking.
  • Establish and maintain governance structures, operating cadences, and accountability processes for dealer program initiatives.
  • Partner with internal teams and field leadership to ensure consistent interpretation and implementation of dealer standards across the network.
  • Monitor program effectiveness, dealer adoption, and operational performance to drive continuous improvement and long-term sustainability.
  • Identify risks, dependencies, and operational gaps and develop mitigation strategies to support successful execution.

Minimum Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree and at least 2 years of project/program management experience

OR
  • Master's degree and at least 1 year of project/program management experience

OR
  • At least 5 years of project/program management experience
