Job Description
  • As a Senior Program Manager for Hardware PMO, you will direct complex, end-to-end hardware development programs from concept to global deployment. You will serve as a strategic integrator across engineering, system architecture, and global supply chain teams to bring cutting-edge infrastructure products to market. In this role, you will apply rigorous program management frameworks and proactive problem-solving to navigate technical risks, drive change management, and help to ensure our solutions deliver when moments matter most. Candidates with a Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in engineering or technical program delivery are encouraged to apply.

Program Execution & Lifecycle Delivery
  • End-to-End Leadership to direct RF Site Hardware projects from concept through factory release to deliver new or improved product solutions within scope, timeline, budget, and quality metrics
  • Program Governance to lead executive program reviews, produce timely reporting for senior leaders, and coordinate cross-functional deliverables across global engineering and manufacturing teams
  • Scope & Change Control to implement controlled change management processes and interventions, navigating changing priorities with minimal supervision

Cross-Functional & Technical Alignment
  • Technical Integration to partner closely with Hardware/Software Engineering Managers and System Architects to align technical roadmaps, architectural dependencies, and system requirements
  • Supply Chain Synchronization to collaborate with Operations and Supply Chain Program Managers to mitigate component risks, coordinate factory builds, and manage supplier change requests on active products
  • Cross-Functional Leadership to leverage high emotional intelligence and influential communication to align global engineering and manufacturing teams without direct authority

Risk Mitigation & Sustained Product Engineering
  • Technical Risk Assessment to utilize core program management tools (schedule, critical path, budget, risk assessment) to resolve complex issues and translate technical risks into program impacts
  • Cross-Functional Issue Resolution to direct multi-disciplinary teams to quickly analyze and resolve supply chain, customer, or quality issues on currently shipping RF Site products
  • Supplier Change Engineering to interface with supply chain partners to evaluate, approve, and manage change requests from component suppliers for active RF infrastructure products.
  • Technical Aptitude to engage directly with engineering managers and system architects to evaluate technical risks and drive product solutions
  • PM Toolset Mastery to demonstrate advanced command of program management, scheduling, budget tracking, and critical path tools (e.g., MS Project, Google Workspace, Excel)
  • Written and Verbal Communication to convey complex program metrics across organizational levels, adapt presentations to differing audiences, and deliver clear status reporting
  • Cross-Functional Influence to build trusted working relationships and influence matrixed, global teams across engineering, manufacturing, and supply chain domains
  • Analytical Problem Solving to evaluate unstated assumptions, drive change management, and navigate changing priorities in a fast-paced environment

Basic Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering
  • 5+ years of program management experience in a high-tech environment
  • Legal authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely is required. Employer work permit sponsorship is not available for this position.
