Rate: CAD 60 - 70 per hour

Role Summary:
NearSource Technologies is seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager, Customer & Account Experience to lead complex, cross-functional technology initiatives that enhance customer and account experiences. This role partners closely with Product Management, Engineering, Architecture, Design, and Business Operations to deliver strategic programs from planning through execution while ensuring alignment with business objectives. The ideal candidate is a collaborative leader with a strong technical program management background, capable of driving execution across multiple teams, influencing stakeholders, and delivering high-impact initiatives in a fast-paced technology environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end delivery of complex technical programs across multiple cross-functional teams.
  • Drive customer experience and account experience initiatives from strategy through execution.
  • Partner with Product Management, Engineering, Architecture, Design, and Business Operations to define priorities, roadmaps, and execution plans.
  • Develop and manage program roadmaps, timelines, dependencies, risks, and mitigation strategies.
  • Establish program governance, facilitate executive reporting, and support strategic decision-making.
  • Monitor program health using key performance indicators and communicate progress to senior leadership.
  • Identify delivery risks and proactively resolve cross-functional issues to maintain program momentum.
  • Ensure successful delivery while balancing scope, quality, timelines, and business objectives.
  • Drive continuous process improvements and operational excellence across program delivery.

Must-Have Skills

  • 8+ years of Technical Program Management experience delivering complex software or technology programs.
  • Proven experience leading cross-functional initiatives involving Product, Engineering, and Architecture teams.
  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
  • Experience leading customer-facing or account management platform initiatives.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent programs with competing priorities.
  • Experience working within SaaS, cloud, or enterprise software environments.

Nice-to-Have Skills

  • Familiarity with customer lifecycle, CRM, customer success, or account management platforms.
  • Experience using Jira, Confluence, Aha!, Smartsheet, or similar program management tools.
  • Experience driving large-scale business transformation or operational excellence initiatives.

Certifications

  • PMP certification is an asset.
  • PgMP certification is an asset.
  • Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification is an asset.
