The Role

As a Project Manager within our Banking & Payments Practice, you will lead the delivery of a complex Insider Risk Controls Program for a leading financial services client. Working across multiple business and technology functions, you will oversee the successful implementation of regulatory, security, fraud, AML, and risk management initiatives while ensuring strong governance, stakeholder engagement, and delivery excellence.

This is an exciting opportunity to work at the intersection of cybersecurity, risk, and transformation, helping clients strengthen their control environment while driving measurable business outcomes.

What You'll Do
  • Lead the delivery of the Insider Risk Controls Program, ensuring alignment with regulatory, cybersecurity, fraud, AML, and enterprise risk objectives.
  • Develop and manage integrated program plans, budgets, milestones, dependencies, risks, and reporting across multiple workstreams.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams including Cybersecurity, Corporate Security, Fraud, AML, Compliance, HR, Legal, and Technology to deliver successful outcomes.
  • Drive governance forums, executive reporting, stakeholder communications, and issue resolution while maintaining program transparency.
  • Ensure controls, policies, business requirements, and technology solutions are delivered on schedule, within scope, and support audit and regulatory readiness.
What We're Looking For
  • Proven experience leading large-scale regulatory, risk, security, or transformation programs within banking or financial services.
  • Strong program and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence senior leaders across business and technology functions.
  • Experience working across cybersecurity, fraud, AML, compliance, operational risk, or governance initiatives.
  • Excellent communication, planning, and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage competing priorities effectively.
  • Experience supporting audit, regulatory, and enterprise risk management activities within highly regulated environments.
Bonus Points For
  • Experience delivering Insider Risk, Cybersecurity, or Financial Crime programs.
  • Knowledge of banking regulatory frameworks and industry best practices.
  • Familiarity with governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) platforms and security technologies.
