Program AdministratorOverview

We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Program Administrator to support operational programs, project coordination, reporting, and stakeholder communications across multiple locations. This role plays a critical part in ensuring program activities run efficiently by managing reporting processes, maintaining documentation, coordinating cross-functional teams, and supporting operational governance activities.

Key ResponsibilitiesProgram Coordination
  • Coordinate day-to-day program activities across multiple operational sites.
  • Serve as a central communication and coordination resource for stakeholders.
  • Schedule, organize, and facilitate meetings, reviews, and follow-up activities.
  • Support established escalation processes and ensure timely issue resolution.
  • Assist program leadership with planning, tracking, and execution activities.
Reporting & Metrics
  • Collect, validate, and organize operational data from approved systems and tools.
  • Prepare recurring program status reports, dashboards, and performance metrics.
  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and service-level objectives.
  • Maintain reporting templates and data repositories.
  • Ensure reporting accuracy and consistency across programs.
Administrative Support
  • Manage program documentation, meeting notes, action items, and deliverables.
  • Maintain project timelines, milestones, and status updates.
  • Track workflows and support adherence to operational processes.

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • 2+ years of experience in program coordination, project administration, operations support, or business support functions.
  • Experience creating and maintaining reports, dashboards, and operational metrics.
  • Strong organizational, prioritization, and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, and SharePoint.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively across multiple teams.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience supporting data center operations, IT operations, technical teams, or other large-scale operational environments.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $35.00/hr.
