Job Title: Program Manager

Job Description

We are seeking an Engineering Program Management Lead to oversee projects at a supplier site, specifically focused on global foundries. This role requires a strong background in program management and experience working with suppliers. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of product development and be adept at handling budgets and cross-functional coordination. This position is open to candidates with advanced manufacturing backgrounds, including semiconductor, aerospace, and data center industries. Proficiency with MS Project or SmartSheet is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and management of detailed schedules, budgets, resource needs, and work plans for technical deliverables on complex, multi-faceted hardware R&D programs.
  • Organize and coordinate efforts across multiple technical and operational teams.
  • Conduct regular status meetings, project reviews, and end-of-task retrospectives.
  • Ensure timely and effective communication of strategy, scope changes, risks, and progress between technical teams, partners, product and program management, and leadership through reports, dashboards, and presentations.
  • Identify opportunities to accelerate schedules or develop needed technologies.
  • Travel up to 25% for business purposes.

Essential Skills

  • 10+ years of experience in technical program management.
