Job description

Timpte is looking for a Human Resources Coordinator to join our team in David City, NE. The Human Resources Coordinator is responsible for supporting the day to day operations of the HR Department. This role serves as the first point of contact for employees, coordinates learning initiatives through the company's LMS, and helps create a positive employee experience through onboarding, recognition programs, company events and administrative support.

Pay for this position is $50-60k/yr DOE + Monthly Bonus!

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Coordinate and administer all employee training programs, including new hire orientation and ongoing development.
  • Coordinate company events including employee appreciation activities, service awards, retirement celebrations and holiday events.
  • Assist employees and visitors entering the HR Office and via phone by answering questions and directing to where they need to go.
  • Manages onboarding process by creating organizational announcements, orientation schedules and HR orientation with all new hires.
  • Manages company's LMS (Cornerstone) by assigning required training, monitoring completion rates, creating reports and dashboards, troubleshooting and maintaining training records.
  • Coordinate event logistics including ordering supplies, coordinating catering and overall communication.
  • Maintain employee records and HR documentation while ensuring confidentiality.
  • Support recruiting and onboarding activities as needed.

What We're Looking For:

  • Must have Bachelor's Degree applicable to the position or 2-5 years of Human Resources experience.
  • Experience in training and development preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written and presentation skills.
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office programs.
  • Must have excellent organization skills and be able to multi-task.
  • Must have valid driver's license and insurable driving record for ocassional travel.
  • Must be able to maintain confidentiality of proprietary information.
