Job Description

·                     Oversee three direct reports including Director of Quality, Director of Program Management, and Director of Engineering with 3 IDR in Canton

·                     Manage a Director of Quality and Director of Engineering based in Vietnam who will also report into this role

·                     Drive engineering execution, quality systems, new product launches, and customer programs across the organization

·                     Lead manufacturing support, capital investments, and operational excellence initiatives

·                     Partner closely with the Vietnam Leadership team to support continued global growth

·                     BS in Engineering required
