Job description

Summary:
Production worker manufactured goods while maintaining safety and quality standards. Core duties typically involve operating machinery, inspecting products, and keeping the work area clean.
Essential Functions:
  • While reporting to the Production Shift Supervisor, as the Production Worker, you will be responsible for operating machinery, performing various tasks with your work team on a production line and ensuring the production of a quality product in a safe working environment
  • You will also be collaborating and contributing to the production environment within our manufacturing operations
  • Be an active participant in the plant safety process and contribute ideas to continuously improve operations
  • Have a strong commitment to ensure product quality and communicate quality performance information to your production work team
  • Accurately complete all required training
  • You will need to able to perform repetitive duties and standing for long periods of time
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:
  • Shift: 3rd (9:30pm - 6am) Monday - Saturday, includes 10% shift differential
  • Working in a team environment committed to the long term success of plant operations
  • You will need to be able to lift up to 50 lbs.as needed
  • You will need to have the ability to work quickly while maintaining a high level of craftsmanship and attention to detail
  • Willing to overtime as needed
  • You have previous manufacturing or warehouse experience and/or training
  • You have a solid work history and strong attendance record
  • High school diploma or equivalent. May consider equivalent work experience in lieu of education
  • Willing and able to become certified in fork lift operation
  • Willing and able to work with computers
