Responsibilities for a Production Operator include but are not limited to:

  • Fabrication & Material Processing: Safely and efficiently perform fabrication duties including rolling, melting, and pressing materials according to production specifications and supervisor instructions.

  • Quality Control & Machine Operation: Operate and monitor production equipment while performing routine inspections to ensure product consistency, quality standards, and defect reporting.

  • Safety & Workplace Maintenance: Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant work area on the manufacturing floor in accordance with established safety guidelines.

Candidates for Production Operator must meet the following requirements to be considered:

  • Experience: 3–5 years of proven experience working in fabrication, manufacturing, or a related industrial production environment.

  • Attention to Detail: Ability to precisely follow established work procedures, quality standards, and supervision instructions to ensure accurate material processing.

  • Adaptability: Comfort working in a fast-paced fabrication floor environment with exposure to industrial machinery and standard production conditions.
