This posting is for an existing vacancy.

NEOGOV is looking for a Revenue Systems & Process Manager to join our Sales organization. The Revenue Systems & Process Manager will play a key role in the strategy, architecture, and day-to-day performance of the Revenue Operations technology stack, and the processes built around those tools for the broader revenue organization. This person will connect the tools and the people who use them, measuring usage goals against targeted outcomes. They will partner with all teams across the broader revenue organization to design workflows that fit how each team actually works, ensuring enablement resources exist for every tool and process. This role reports directly to the VP of Revenue Operations and works in close, ongoing partnership with the Revenue Enablement team.

  • Play a key role in the strategy, roadmap, and administration of the revenue technology stack, including Salesforce, Gong, Outreach, Pursuit, SPIFF, Qualified, and Highspot, ensuring each platform is configured, integrated, and maintained to support the full revenue lifecycle, while serving as an internal subject-matter expert for these platforms.
  • Lead cross-platform integration work across the stack to eliminate manual handoffs, reduce duplicate data entry, and create a seamless day-to-day experience for team members.
  • Design, document, and continuously refine revenue technologies and processes, enhancing motions like lead to close, forecasting, and opportunity management.
  • Translate business requirements from sellers, SDRs, SEs, and department leaders, into system configurations, workflow automations, and clear process documentation.
  • Partner with the Revenue Enablement team on every technology and process rollout to ensure a corresponding training curriculum and reference materials exist before and after go-live.
  • Build and maintain a centralized playbook and knowledge base defining how, when, and why each tool should be used across the revenue organization.
  • Support Marketing in aligning shared tools, such as Qualified for pipeline generation and Highspot for content.
  • Own change management for major system or process changes, including communication plans, training schedules, and structured feedback loops with end users.
  • Maintain a living technology inventory and rationalize tool overlap, retiring or consolidating platforms where they no longer have value.
  • Define and track adoption, utilization, and performance metrics for every tool in the stack, publishing a recurring scorecard that ties usage to expected outcomes.
  • Conduct platform health and ROI reviews, recommending renewal, expansion, consolidation, or replacement decisions based on usage data and business impact.
  • Continually evaluate emerging AI capabilities embedded in the current stack (Gong conversation intelligence, Outreach sequence optimization, Highspot content recommendations) and outline recommendations and strategies for usage.
  • Prepare and deliver executive-ready updates for senior leaders within the Revenue organization summarizing tech stack health, process maturity, AI initiatives, and their measurable impact on the business.
  • 5+ years in Revenue/Sales Operations, Sales Systems, Enablement, or a related role with hands-on ownership of a revenue tech stack.
  • Deep experience of sales engagement, conversation intelligence, and content enablement platforms (Outreach, Gong, Highspot, or comparable tools).
  • Highly analytical with a strong program management skillset
  • Demonstrated experience developing or redesigning revenue processes in partnership with multiple functional stakeholders (Sales, Marketing, Sales Engineering, Partnership, or similar).
  • Track record of building adoption or performance metrics and presenting them to senior leadership.
  • Strong cross-functional communication skills; comfort operating without direct authority over partner teams (Enablement, Procurement, Partnerships).
  • Working knowledge of how AI features are being applied within sales/revenue technology and a point of view on responsible, incremental adoption.
  • Self starter that takes ownership of identifying gaps in skillsets, processes, and technology without high oversight.
Essential Functions
  • Work in NEOGOVโ€™s Draper, UT. or San Clemente, CA. office
  • Ability to keep up with continuous learning through self-education
  • Sit or stand for prolonged periods of time while typing/reading/listening
  • Organization of work, time, and thoughts
  • Competitive Wages
  • Comprehensive Benefits package (medical, dental, vision, etc.) for full-time employees effective Day 1
  • Generous PTO to support work-life balance
  • 401K Matching
  • 12-week Paid Parental Leave
  • Autonomy to grow and find your career path with supportive leadership
  • Company provided lunches and a kitchen fully stocked with snacks and drinks in the Draper office
  • On-site gym in the Draper office
  • Inclusive and diverse work environment
