The IHT Process Manager ensures ITIL-aligned asset management practices are designed, implemented, governed, and measured within the ServiceNow platform, supporting the broader IT and health system asset management strategy.
The IHT Process Manager partners closely with business and IT and business stakeholders to ensure processes are consistently executed, documented, and adopted. - Leading and mentoring IHT teams with a strong focus on continual process improvement
- Establishing and maintaining asset management standards, processes, and procedures, and communicating updates to stakeholders
- Auditing asset data quality to ensure accuracy, completeness, and adherence to defined standards and healthcare regulations
Minimum Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree or experience in lieu of degree
- Experience: 4 years' relevant experience
- Licenses/Certifications: None

- Demonstrated experience managing the full lifecycle of IT assets
