Job description

Description & Requirements
St. Luke's Health System is seeking an IHT Process Manager - Asset Management to join our Enterprise Service Management (ESM) team.
This role is responsible for the end-to-end design, execution, and continuous improvement of IT asset management lifecycle processes across hardware, software, and clinical device technologies. The IHT Process Manager ensures ITIL-aligned asset management practices are designed, implemented, governed, and measured within the ServiceNow platform, supporting the broader IT and health system asset management strategy.
The IHT Process Manager partners closely with business and IT and business stakeholders to ensure processes are consistently executed, documented, and adopted. Responsibilities include developing process documentation and training, monitoring performance metrics, and driving efficiency, compliance, and continuous improvement across the enterprise.
Duties/Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for the management and operation of IT asset management processes, managing the full lifecycle and functionality of hardware, software and clinical device assets.
  • Ensuring asset management process adherence and alignment within the ServiceNow platform.
  • Defining and implementing standardized methodologies for tracking asset lifecycle (procurement through disposal), inventory, location, cost, and benefits realization.
  • Overseeing day-to-day IT asset management operations and utilization
  • Partnering with IHT, Finance, Operations, and Supply Chain departments to ensure IT asset management practices align with health system goals
  • Conducting asset inventories and usage monitoring to maximize efficiency and return on investment
  • Providing oversight and governance for asset management and centralized procurement activities across IHT and the broader health system
  • Leading and mentoring IHT teams with a strong focus on continual process improvement
  • Establishing and maintaining asset management standards, processes, and procedures, and communicating updates to stakeholders
  • Auditing asset data quality to ensure accuracy, completeness, and adherence to defined standards and healthcare regulations

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree or experience in lieu of degree
  • Experience: 4 years' relevant experience
  • Licenses/Certifications: None

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Strong knowledge of IT Service Management asset management processes
  • Demonstrated experience managing the full lifecycle of IT assets
  • Strong asset management process ownership experience
  • Enterprise Service Management solution experience (preferred)
  • ServiceNow platform experience (preferred)
  • Proven organizational and process management skills
  • High attention to detail and data accuracy
  • Ability to analyze, report on, and improve asset data quality
