Sales Operations Manager

Job description

We're seeking a Sales Operations Manager to join our Revenue Operations team. You'll bring real operational depth to the team-managing Salesforce data quality, running commission and territory workflows, and helping stand up scalable processes like our deal desk. This isn't just a keep-the-lights-on role: we're looking for someone with enough experience to recognize what good looks like, spot what's missing, and drive toward it. You'll work closely with our Revenue Ops Sr. Manager and partner with our Marketing Ops Manager on shared GTM data-while keeping clear ownership between the two functions.

Your Day to Day:

Salesforce & CRM Health

  • Maintain Salesforce data quality across the sales pipeline: field completeness, record accuracy, duplicate management, and routing hygiene-and build the automations and validation rules that prevent issues from recurring
  • Identify gaps in how the CRM is being used and drive improvements-you've seen what a well-configured Salesforce looks like and can help get us there
  • Support user onboarding processes and documentation so reps can get up to speed consistently without requiring hand-holding each time

Reporting & Pipeline Support

  • Build and maintain Salesforce reports and dashboards for the sales team: pipeline coverage, rep attainment, activity tracking, and deal velocity
  • Prepare data packages for the weekly pipeline review and flag deals that need attention
  • Pull and format ad-hoc data requests from Sales leadership; maintain the underlying data quality that makes those requests fast and trustworthy

Compensation & Territory

  • Execute monthly commission calculations: pull attainment data from Salesforce, reconcile against plan, resolve discrepancies, and submit to Finance-then make the process more auditable and less manual each cycle
  • Partner with the Sr. Manager on territory design: build models, maintain account and rep assignment data, and keep routing rules current as headcount changes
  • Support quota tracking and rep-level attainment reporting; identify what's still living in spreadsheets and build toward something more scalable

Deal Desk & Approvals

  • Partner with the Sr. Manager to stand up Bevi's deal desk-help design and document the process, build templates, and maintain the approval infrastructure as it takes shape
  • Maintain the deal desk log and approval audit trail; document pricing exceptions, track patterns over time, and surface anything approaching SLA

Ops Intake & Request Management

  • Facilitate the RevOps intake process: manage and triage internal requests from Sales, Marketing, and Finance for CRM changes, report builds, data pulls, and process questions-so the team has a clear, predictable way to get help
  • Track request volume, time-to-resolution, and request source over time-use that data to identify recurring patterns, build self-serve solutions, and make the case for process or headcount changes

Cross-Functional Coordination

  • Work closely with our Marketing Ops Manager on the seams between the two functions-lead routing quality, MQL handoff data, and shared CRM fields-without stepping into marketing ops execution, which lives with Marketing Ops
  • Act as the data foundation for the GTM Strategy & Operations Sr. Manager: ensure Salesforce records, pipeline fields, and attainment data are clean and consistent enough to build reliable reporting and analysis on top of
  • Partner with GTM Engineering on Salesforce data, list inputs, and operational context for automation builds
  • When you spot a missing process or a workflow that breaks down, bring a proposed fix-not just the flag

Who You Are:

  • 5+ years in revenue operations, sales operations, or a closely related B2B function
  • Strong Salesforce fluency: you've managed the data model, built automations, written validation rules, and managed hygiene at scale; certification preferred
  • Hands-on experience with commission calculations, territory administration, and quota tracking
  • Comfortable working across deal desk or approval workflows, even if you're building from scratch
  • You think in systems: when something is manual, you ask why and build toward something better
  • Strong communicator with experience working across Sales, Finance, and cross-functional partners; able to push back constructively when data or process isn't right
