Job description

LMK Recruiting working with a growing company that is currently seeking a DTC Performance & Growth Manager to join their entrepreneurial and dynamic team. The DTC Performance & Growth Manager will play a key role in accelerating direct-to-consumer growth by leading a holistic, full-funnel media strategy that balances efficient customer acquisition with long-term brand building.

This role owns performance marketing across channels including paid search, social, display, CTV, podcasts, affiliate, and emerging platforms like TikTok Shop. You'll drive strategy, execution, and optimization while partnering closely with cross-functional teams and agency partners to align campaigns with business goals, product launches, and brand storytelling initiatives.

Success in this role requires both hands-on platform expertise and strong strategic thinking, along with a data-driven mindset to identify growth opportunities, optimize performance, and maximize customer lifetime value. You'll collaborate with teams across Marketing, Sales, Brand, Operations, and Finance to ensure paid media efforts support broader company objectives.

This role reports to the Head of DTC, with exposure to executive leadership.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute full-funnel paid media strategies across search, social, display, CTV, podcasts, affiliate, and emerging platforms
  • Own end-to-end campaign management across platforms such as Meta, Google, YouTube, and TikTok
  • Identify and scale new growth opportunities, including social commerce and creator-led channels
  • Allocate and optimize media budgets to drive revenue growth while maintaining CAC efficiency and improving LTV
  • Lead creative strategy in partnership with internal teams and external agencies
  • Analyze performance data, track KPIs, and translate insights into actionable optimizations
  • Build and execute structured testing roadmaps across channels, audiences, and creative
  • Partner cross-functionally to support product launches, integrated campaigns, and brand initiatives

Schedule & Location

This is a hybrid role based near New York City (Midtown West), with in-office expectations Tuesday through Thursday. Candidates must be located in New York, New Jersey, or Connecticut.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base Salary: $105,000 – $135,000, depending on experience and qualifications
  • Bonus: Eligible for performance-based bonus
