Job description

Build the team. Lead the operation. Set the standard.

Provincial Property Management is growing, and we're looking for an experienced Cleaning Operations Manager to lead and grow our commercial cleaning operations across Prince Edward Island.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who knows the cleaning businesssomeone who has managed cleaning teams, operated their own cleaning company, or spent years in the industry and is ready to take the next step into a leadership role.

We're not looking for someone who simply knows how to clean. We're looking for someone who knows how to build a great cleaning operation.

What You'll Be Responsible For

As Cleaning Operations Manager, you'll oversee cleaning services at a variety of healthcare facilities, professional offices, and commercial properties across PEI.

You'll be responsible for:

  • Recruiting, hiring, training and leading a team of cleaners across PEI
  • Scheduling staff and ensuring all facilities are properly staffed
  • Conducting regular site inspections and quality-control checks
  • Establishing and maintaining high cleaning standards and procedures
  • Managing supplies, equipment and inventory
  • Coordinating with property managers, clients and facility representatives
  • Responding quickly and professionally to client concerns
  • Managing employee performance, attendance and accountability
  • Developing efficient cleaning processes and finding ways to improve productivity
  • Ensuring healthcare and commercial facilities are maintained to the highest standards
  • Helping grow the cleaning division as Provincial Property Management continues to expand

Who We're Looking For

You may be a great fit if you:

  • Have several years of hands-on commercial cleaning experience
  • Have experience supervising or managing a team of cleaners
  • Currently own or operate a cleaning company and are looking for a different lifestyle, with less of the day-to-day pressure of entrepreneurship
  • Have previously managed cleaning operations and are ready for a new challenge
  • Are highly organized and comfortable managing multiple locations and employees
  • Take pride in doing things rightand expect the same from your team
  • Are a strong communicator who can build positive relationships with employees and clients
  • Are comfortable being on the road and visiting properties throughout PEI
  • Have a hands-on, roll-up-your-sleeves attitude
  • Understand that great cleaning is about consistency, accountability and attention to detail

Why Provincial Property Management?

This isn't a job where you're simply given a list of buildings and told to figure it out.

You'll be joining an established property management organization with professional systems, experienced management and a growing portfolio of properties across PEI and Atlantic Canada.

You'll have the opportunity to take your experience in the cleaning industry and turn it into something biggerbuilding a team, developing systems and becoming the person responsible for setting the standard across an entire operation.

For the right person, this could be the ideal next step for someone who has spent years working in the cleaning industry or running their own business and wants the opportunity to lead without shouldering the full weight of entrepreneurship.

The Person We're Looking For

Experienced. Organized. Accountable. A Leader.

If you know what a properly cleaned facility looks like, know how to motivate a team to achieve it, and take pride in delivering exceptional service to clients, we want to hear from you.

Come build something with us.

Provincial Property Management
Professional properties. Professional service. A higher standard.
