Operations Manager
The Operations Manager will oversee the daily operations of a plastic injection molding facility in Kansas City, MO. This role involves ensuring compliance with safety, quality, delivery, and cost goals, as well as providing leadership in production, maintenance, quality, and materials to meet customer requirements and drive continuous improvement.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in engineering, Manufacturing, Operations Management, or related field (or equivalent experience).
At least 7 years of leadership experience in a plastic injection molding environment.
Knowledge of injection molding processes, tooling materials (resins), and automation.
Experience leading high-volume, multi-shift operations.
