Easterseals is seeking a dynamic, experienced Operations Manager to provide on-site leadership and operational support for our Dunn Avenue location. This role ensures the smooth day-to-day functioning of clinical programs while delivering an exceptional experience for our clients, families, and staff.


As a key operational leader, you will oversee front desk operations, supervise administrative teams, support Audiology services, and maintain efficient, customer-focused office systems—all while upholding the mission, vision, and values of Easterseals.



Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily site operations to ensure efficient, high-quality service delivery
  • Lead and supervise Reception and Medical Records staff, including hiring, training, and performance management
  • Develop, implement and maintain SOPs and cross-training to support consistency and coverage
  • Support clinical operations, including Audiology scheduling, referrals, chart prep, and co-pay processes
  • Serve as the point of contact for escalated client concerns and ensure timely resolution
  • Foster a welcoming, professional environment for clients, families, and staff
  • Coordinate with IT, Maintenance, and vendors to address facility and system needs
  • Ensure compliance with medical records standards, safety protocols, and regulatory requirements
  • Supervise administrative staff in accordance with organizational policies
  • Manage hiring, development, performance, coaching, and conflict resolution


Qualifications

  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Office Management, or related field preferred (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
  • Minimum of 3 years in office management, operations management, healthcare administration, or related supervisory role required
  • Prior supervisory experience preferred
  • Experience in healthcare, nonprofit, or human services environment highly preferred
  • Strong leadership and team development skills
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
  • Commitment to high-quality customer service
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to meet our approved driver qualifications in order to drive your personal vehicle, as required, for program-related needs (minimum age of 21 and good driving history)
