Beacon Destinations is a fast-growing boutique hospitality company redefining the vacation rental experience across Cape Cod. We combine the warmth and character of locally owned vacation homes with the operational excellence of a luxury hotel brand, creating unforgettable stays for guests while protecting and maximizing value for homeowners.

Our mission is simple: deliver exceptional, five-star experiences on every stay. Through innovative technology, hands-on local service, and an unwavering commitment to quality, we're setting a new standard for coastal hospitality.

This is a highly visible leadership role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys solving complex operational challenges, and takes pride in creating exceptional guest experiences. You'll oversee every stage of the guest journey, from ensuring homes are inspection-ready and beautifully maintained to coordinating vendors, managing maintenance, optimizing operational processes, and supporting new property launches.

Success in this role requires balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution. You'll continuously improve systems, drive accountability across field operations, and make confident decisions that enhance efficiency, protect owner investments, and consistently deliver five-star guest experiences.

If you're energized by ownership, autonomy, and building something exceptional, we'd love to meet you.

Key ResponsibilitiesOperational Leadership

  • Develop, improve, and document operational processes that support business growth and operational excellence.

  • Monitor key operational performance metrics, identify improvement opportunities, and implement solutions.

  • Partner with company leadership to support strategic initiatives and portfolio expansion.

Property Operations
  • Oversee cleaning operations to ensure every property consistently meets Beacon's five-star standards.

  • Coordinate turnover inspections and preventative maintenance programs.

  • Manage maintenance requests, vendor relationships, and property damage claims from start to resolution.

  • Ensure every property is fully stocked, guest-ready, and maintained to the highest quality standards.

  • Manage inventory, supplies, and operational equipment across the portfolio.

Guest Experience
  • Oversee guest communications to ensure timely, professional, and solution-oriented service.

  • Resolve guest concerns quickly while protecting the guest experience and company standards.

  • Champion a culture focused on consistently earning five-star reviews.

Growth & Project Management
  • Lead operational onboarding and project management for new property launches during the offseason.

  • Coordinate vendors, timelines, inspections, and operational readiness for newly acquired homes.

  • Support continuous improvement initiatives that increase efficiency and scalability as the portfolio grows.

Required Qualifications
  • Must reside within the Cape Cod area.

  • Reliable transportation and the ability to travel between properties throughout the region.

  • Minimum of 3 years of progressive operations leadership experience within hospitality, vacation rentals, property management, field services, or another fast-paced service-based business mandatory.

  • Demonstrated success managing multiple priorities while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.

  • Proven experience leading vendors, contractors, field teams, or cross-functional operations while driving accountability and results.

  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills with the ability to make confident decisions under pressure.

  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with both internal teams and guests.

  • Strong organizational and project management abilities.

  • Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Vacation rental or short-term rental management experience.

  • Experience managing property maintenance or residential facilities.

  • Familiarity with property management software and operational technology platforms.

  • Experience launching new properties or scaling operational systems.

  • Knowledge of the Cape Cod market and local vendor network.
