Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to join our dynamic team at SIKKY MANUFACTURING. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operations management, with a proven track record of success in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

As the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our manufacturing operations, from production planning and scheduling to inventory management and quality control. You will work closely with our team of engineers, production staff, and suppliers to ensure that our products are manufactured to the highest standards and delivered on time to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency and productivity in all areas of manufacturing operations

- Monitor and analyze production processes to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions

- Manage production schedules and ensure timely delivery of products to meet customer demand

- Oversee inventory management to maintain optimal levels and minimize waste

- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards

- Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and negotiate contracts to ensure timely delivery of materials

- Lead and motivate a team of production staff to meet and exceed production targets

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop new products and improve existing ones
