Job description

The best time to join a fast-growing company? Before everyone else does.

151 Coffee is a high-energy, people-first drive-thru brand built around speed, positivity, and creating memorable customer experiences.

And we're building a dynamic team to grow FAST.

We currently have 15 locations in TX and KS. We have strong financial backing to grow to 1,000+ locations. This means we're building our leadership team RIGHT NOW with people who want to grow their career with us!

THE REGIONAL MANAGER ROLE

As a Regional Manager, you'll lead 3-7 locations. Yes, you'll help drive sales, profitability, operations, and speed of service, but your REAL job is coaching, mentoring, developing, and inspiring teams.

We want leaders who:

  • Walk into a stand and instantly raise the energy
  • Know how to coach people instead of just managing them
  • Care deeply about team culture and customer experience
  • Spot future talent early and help people grow into leadership roles
  • Believe work should be FUN while still delivering elite results

This is hands-on leadership inside one of the fastest-growing beverage brands in the country.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

You'd probably crush this role if you've got:

  • 3+ years of multi-unit leadership experience in multi-unit, drive-through coffee or restaurant concepts (required)
  • Hands-on leadership style, in stores every day, not managing from a distance
  • Strong track record of driving customer experience, sales, profitability, and operational performance across multiple units
  • Thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment while keeping a people-first mindset
  • Comfortable owning metrics, P&L, and performance targets, and improving them
  • Workweek is typically Wednesday through Sunday. Weekends are our busiest days, and Regional Managers are expected to be in stores during peak traffic, working side by side with their managers in player/coach mode to develop them in real time. What they observe during those high-volume shifts is used to coach, support, and follow up with managers throughout the week.
  • You bring energy, positivity, and a leadership style that fits the 151 Coffee vibe

We move fast, play loud music, celebrate hard, and create an environment where baristas can have fun. Our customers love our baristas as much as our drinks.

If you believe:

Great leaders create energy, build culture, and make people around them better

Coachable, hard-working people with great attitudes deserve opportunity to grow

Work should be enjoyable

...then you should apply NOW!

Each of our drive-thru stores serves the best tasting coffee and blended energy drinks faster than anyone. If you're thirsty and looking for a tasty beverage to buzz your day, drive thru, say hi, and drive with the 151 vibe.
