Overview
As the Fulfillment Operations Manager, you'll manage a team responsible for efficient and accurate production and fulfillment. Your focus will be on business-to-business (B2B), business-to-consumer (B2C), and direct-to-consumer (D2C) customers. Reporting to the Site Director, you'll drive quality, safety, and teamwork. Specific knowledge of warehouse operations, fulfillment, and e-commerce is required.

  • Inventory Systems: Understand and troubleshoot inventory management tools.
  • Label Printing Expertise: Support accurate label printing and inventory practices.

  • Performance Tracking: Monitor and hold staff accountable for quality and productivity.
  • Safety and Organization: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
  • Additional Duties: Handle other assigned responsibilities.

Qualifications
  • Experience: 5-7 years Manager experience in order Fulfillment, Warehouse Distribution and E-commerce.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent, relevant experience required
  • Supervisory Experience: Proven track record in a leadership role within warehousing operations.
  • Process Knowledge: Familiarity with warehouse fulfillment, quality, inventory systems, and shipping/receiving.
  • Organizational Skills: Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.
  • Communication: Strong verbal and written skills.
  • Conflict Management: Ability to create a constructive team environment.
  • Fast-Paced Environment: Comfortable working in a deadline-driven setting.
  • Problem-Solving: Excellent decision-making abilities.
  • Software Proficiency: Skilled in inventory and production tracking software.
  • Equipment Operation: Experience with power industrial trucks (PIT) preferred.
  • Physical Requirements: Able to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform various physical tasks.
