• Standardize processes and ensure consistency in execution and client experience
• Build scalable infrastructure to support continued growth
Leadership Team Management & Development:
• Facilitate collaboration between Legal Director, Deputy Ops Manager, Office Administrator, and HR
• Build and scale teams from the ground up where needed
• Establish clear accountability structures, performance expectations, and KPIs tied to outcomes

• Partner with HR Manager on strategic workforce planning and talent acquisition
• Foster a culture of accountability, ownership, and continuous improvement
Technology Strategy & Systems Optimization:
• Own firm-wide technology strategy and infrastructure decisions
• Implement systems and automation to improve efficiency, reporting, and scalability
• Drive process improvements across intake, case management, and client lifecycle
Qualifications
  • 10+ years of progressive operations, business management, or COO-level leadership experience
  • 5+ years managing multi-site operations or multiple locations
  • Proven track record managing budgets of $5M+ and leading teams of 20+ people
  • Professional services industry experience required (law firms, consulting, accounting strongly preferred)
  • Experience scaling organizations from 20-50+ employees
  • Experience owning operational outcomes with real accountability and cross-functional leadership

Education & Certifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, or related field required
  • MBA or advanced degree strongly preferred
  • Professional certifications (PMP, Six Sigma, etc.) a plus

Preferred Qualifications
• Direct experience in an immigration law firm
• Familiarity with USCIS, EOIR, and immigration case processes
