Warehouse/Logistics Manager
This role supports a growing organization by overseeing daily operations across purchasing, logistics, warehousing, quality control, and order fulfillment. The position requires a hands-on leader who can manage teams, maintain operational efficiency, and support a customer-focused environment.
Key responsibilities:
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Operations Manager to oversee and optimize daily operations across purchasing, logistics, warehousing, quality control, and order fulfillment. The ideal candidate is organized, hands-on, detail-oriented, and capable of leading teams in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude and excellent customer service mindset.
Key Responsibilities
* Supervise and support operational personnel to ensure efficient day-to-day operations
* Manage purchasing activities and maintain strong vendor relationships
* Coordinate and oversee freight inbound and outbound operations
* Monitor product costing and operational expenses
* Ensure quality control standards are maintained across all processes
* Oversee warehouse operations, inventory accuracy, and organization
* Process and manage customer orders accurately and efficiently
* Train, coach, and motivate team members to maximize productivity and morale
* Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and workflow
* Maintain a professional, positive, and team-oriented work environment
Requirements:
* Availability to work onsite Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM.
* Previous experience in operations management, warehouse management, logistics, or a related field

* Knowledge of freight, shipping, receiving, and warehousing operations
