Operations Supervisor - Lansing, MI (Landscaping)
The Operations Supervisor plays an essential leadership role by leading and supporting team members while ensuring services are delivered in alignment with customer expectations, company values, and safety standards. This role reports directly to the Operations Manager and is responsible for overseeing approximately 4–6 landscape crews.

Successful Operations Supervisors are strong leaders with experience and knowledge in the landscape industry, including services such as mowing, landscape maintenance, landscape installations, and related field operations.
During the winter season, Operations Supervisors support a designated area within our snow and ice management operations, working closely together throughout snow events to problem solve, support one another, and ensure services are completed safely and efficiently. During the landscape season, the role requires preparation and presence from early morning crew dispatch through the afternoon, while winter schedules transition to overnight and third-shift hours based on weather events and operational needs.

Requirements - What We Are Looking For
  • 2 years experience leading and supervising production crews is required
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
  • Development and coaching of team members through a hands-on leadership approach
  • Ability to plan, organize, and prepare daily operations efficiently
  • Commitment to quality standards, safety procedures, and accountability
  • Ability to manage equipment, vehicles, and operational resources responsibly
  • Ability to adapt, problem solve, and lead in a fast-paced environment
  • Landscape industry experience preferred, but not required

  • Basic Microsoft Office proficiency and the ability to learn and utilize company software effectively
  • Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record
