Job description

The Production & Fulfillment Assistant supports multiple aspects of food production operations including flour milling, mixing, packaging, and cleaning. Working within a team of 4-6 people, this role collaborates closely with the Operations Manager, and Bakery Manager, to ensure smooth production flow, accurate order fulfillment, and compliance with food safety and inventory standards. The position primarily involves operating standard food production machinery and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organization.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in flour milling, mixing, and bakery production processes
  • Package products and apply accurate labeling
  • Fulfill customer and wholesale orders efficiently
  • Clean production equipment and work areas to maintain sanitation standards
  • Support inventory management and stock organization
  • Adhere to food safety protocols and quality control guidelines
  • Coordinate with team members and supervisors to optimize workflow

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in food production
  • Ability to lift 75 lbs at a time
