Business Development:

  • Identify and develop future leadership talent (Supervisors, Leads, Managers).

Requirements

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years insurance brokerage experience.

  • Minimum 3 years' experience managing a department or branch.

  • Level 2 license.

  • Industry designation (CAIB, CIP, FCIP, CRM).

Salary Expectations -

The expected salary range for this position is $60,000.00 to $70,000.00 and will be impacted by factors such as the successful candidate's skills, experience and working location, as well as the specific position's business line, scope, and level.
