Responsibilities:

  • Manage all shop staff including but not limited to service technicians, lot porters, and admins
  • Understand individualcontributorsproductivity, efficiency, and capabilities
  • Attend and engage in weekly service-related meetings to ensure the team is on track to hit goals
  • Assign repair orders based on technician skill set
  • Ensure efficiency and productivity goals are tracking on an individual and team basis
  • Manage customer experience as needed
  • Manage andmonitorP & L,identifyingrevenue and labor hours opportunities
  • Collaborate and communicate with cross-functional teams within the dealership
  • Assistemployees with tools they need to be successful in their roles
  • Assistservice manager as needed to ensure department alignment on daily goals
  • Attend and engage in weekly service-related meetings to ensure the team is on track to hit goals
