Job Description
Your general responsibilities and duties are: opening and closing spa duties, booking appointments, operating the POS system, providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and organized area, and responding courteously and professionally to guests and coworkers.
Requirements:
  • Employee agrees to perform front desk and guest service duties in accordance with company protocols and standards.
  • Previous customer service, hospitality, or front desk experience preferred.
  • Basic computer skills and ability to learn spa booking and POS systems.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
  • Employees agree to dress in a style consistent with the employer’s image, including uniforms and adhering to the appearance standards as set forth by Marriott.
  • Employees shall maintain accurate guest records and confidentiality in the manner prescribed by the employer.
Responsibilities:
  • You must be able to work holidays, weekends, weekdays, and evenings.
  • You must report for duties at scheduled times and be in appropriate uniform at all times.
  • Opening and closing spa duties.
  • Booking, confirming, and modifying appointments using the spa scheduling system.
  • Operating the POS system for check-in, check-out, retail sales, and processing payments accurately.
  • Providing spa tours to guests and explaining services, amenities, and policies.
  • Delivering exceptional customer service by greeting guests warmly and addressing inquiries or concerns promptly.
  • Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the front desk, lobby, and common areas.
  • Performing laundry duties, including washing, drying, folding, and restocking linens and robes.
