Job Summary:
Ampcus Inc. is a certified global provider of a broad range of Technology and Business consulting services. They are looking for an energetic, organized, and experienced Project Manager to support coordination across various projects related to their Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) implementation. The role involves managing projects, coordinating with stakeholders, and ensuring successful development and implementation of initiatives.
Responsibilities:
• Manage projects from requirements definition through deployment, identifying schedules, scopes, budget estimations, and implementation plans, including risk mitigation
• Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure that projects adhere to scope, schedule, and budget
• Analyze project status and, when necessary, revise the scope, schedule, or budget to ensure that project requirements can be met
• Engage business stakeholders across the business to understand and understand needs, develop guidance, and train on new processes and procedures
• Work with Change Management resources to ensure change impact & benefit assessments are completed where required, and implementation plans are developed and delivered with end users needs in mind.
Qualifications:
Required:
• Experienced project and program management professional, with proficiency in using project management methods to define, plan, schedule, and manage all aspects of a project
• Experience leading successful medium to large scale, complex projects throughout the lifecycle from initiation through delivery
• Strong experience developing and executing high-priority, cross-functional initiatives and projects
• Extensive experience leveraging relationships and working effectively across all levels of an organization with internal and external stakeholders
• Experience managing projects in rapid and complex changing work environments
• Degree in Business, Project Management, similar; graduate work a plus
• 5 years experience in a project management roles
Preferred:
• Certification in Project Management, or related skillset preferred.
