We are a fast-growing disaster mitigation company providing 24/7 emergency response for water, fire, mold, and environmental losses. Our teams operate with urgency, professionalism, and compassion to help homeowners and businesses recover from property damage. As we expand nationwide, we are seeking strong leaders who can manage field operations, maintain service standards, and drive growth.


Position Summary

Division Launch & Growth
Lead the development and scaling of the mitigation division from startup to full operation. Establish SOPs, workflows, job tracking systems, and equipment processes. Identify hiring needs and support team development as revenue grows. Set production standards, performance expectations, and operational benchmarks. This role begins hands-on and transitions into leadership as the division scales.


Hands-On Production
Perform emergency mitigation services including water extraction, demolition, drying setup, and mold remediation. Conduct moisture mapping, scope development, and monitor drying progress. Perform job site cleanup and ensure proper equipment setup and maintenance. This role is highly field-active until the division is fully established.


Marketing & Business Development
Build and maintain referral relationships with plumbers, HVAC contractors, roofers, property managers, and insurance professionals. Conduct consistent outreach and in-person visits to generate new business. Track lead sources and monitor conversion rates. Actively contribute to revenue growth through networking and relationship development.


Financial Accountability & Collections
Prepare and/or review mitigation estimates (Xactimate preferred). Ensure accurate job documentation for billing and insurance claims. Monitor job profitability and support cost control efforts. Assist with collections, deductibles, and outstanding invoices. Communicate with insurance adjusters regarding supplements, documentation, and payment status.


Team Development (As Division Grows)
Recruit, hire, and train mitigation technicians as the division expands. Transition from a field-heavy role into a leadership-focused position over time. Maintain quality control, operational standards, and team performance expectations. Promote a culture of urgency, professionalism, safety, and accountability.


Requirements
Valid driver's license with clean driving record
Experience with power tools
Ability to perform physically demanding field work in varying conditions
Strong communication and organizational skills
Willingness to work in emergency response environments and on-call situations
