What You'll Do

As our Client Relations Manager, you'll serve as the primary relationship manager for a portfolio of commercial landscape clients. Your success comes from keeping clients happy, solving issues before they become problems, and growing accounts through proactive recommendations.

You'll be responsible for:

  • Managing a portfolio of commercial landscape accounts
  • Building strong, long-term client relationships
  • Conducting regular CARE calls and property visits
  • Communicating project updates and setting clear expectations
  • Working closely with Operations, Sales, and Production teams
  • Identifying enhancement opportunities and presenting solutions
  • Maintaining accurate CRM records and account activity
  • Tracking client satisfaction and retention
