Job description

Cultivate Your Potential with a Great Career at Gothic Landscape.

*This specific role supports our Customer Service & Post Maintenance departments.

Highlights of what our Operations Administrator will do:

  • Responsible for scheduling and accepting work orders
  • Answering calls from builders requesting warranty dates or to schedule work orders
  • Tracking multiple logs on Excel and generating maps for turnovers
  • Tracking AWA numbers, approval dates, and when POs were received and billed
  • Sending all completed AWAs with POs to A/P and track logs to prepare for monthly financials
  • Corresponding with clients regarding unpaid purchase orders
  • Tracking monthly post install/maintenance revenue and communicating with Superintendents on completed areas that need to be turned over to maintenance
  • Due to the nature of the operation, some travel to AZ and/or CA may be necessary

Skills and experience necessary will include, but not be limited to:

  • Bilingual Spanish is highly preferred
  • Must be computer savvy with experience in Microsoft Excel
  • Must have a proven attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Easily adaptable to changes in work environment and managing competing projects/deadlines
  • Ability to learn the following programs for customer service warranty/work order tracking:
    • LSJMS (Landscape Scheduling and Job Management System)
    • On-Screen Takeoff (OST)
