Build a Team. Lead an Operation. Make an Impact.

Imperial Landscaping is a growing commercial landscaping and snow management company serving retail centers, healthcare facilities, HOAs, office parks, and commercial properties throughout Eastern Massachusetts.

We're not looking for someone to simply manage crews.

We're looking for a leader who takes ownership, builds great teams, solves problems, and continuously looks for ways to improve our operation. If you enjoy developing people, creating efficient systems, and leading by example, we'd like to talk with you.

What You'll Do

  • Lead daily landscape maintenance, enhancement, and seasonal operations.
  • Schedule crews, equipment, and materials to maximize efficiency.
  • Coach, develop, and hold field leaders accountable.
  • Perform quality inspections and resolve issues before they become client concerns.
  • Coordinate with ownership, account management, and sales to ensure exceptional service.
  • Recruit, interview, train, and retain field employees.
  • Lead all snow and ice operations, including planning, execution, and post-storm reviews.
  • Ensure equipment is properly maintained and ready for operation.
  • Improve productivity, quality, safety, and profitability throughout the operation.
  • Step into the field when needed to support crews and solve problems.

What We're Looking For

  • A leader who earns respect through actions, not titles.
  • Someone who takes ownership and holds themselves accountable.
  • A team builder who enjoys coaching and developing others.
  • A problem solver who performs well under pressure.
  • Someone committed to continuous improvement and high standards.
  • A professional who takes pride in delivering exceptional work.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of commercial landscaping and snow operations management experience.
  • Experience leading multiple crews and managing multiple job sites.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
  • Knowledge of commercial landscape maintenance, horticulture, and snow operations.
  • Basic mechanical knowledge of landscape and snow equipment.
  • Comfortable using scheduling software, google docs, google sheets, and technology.
  • Valid driver's license (Medical Card required; CDL).
  • Must be willing and able to work nights, weekends, holidays, and around the clock as necessary during winter weather events.

What We Offer

  • Competitive salary
  • Performance-based bonus opportunities
  • Company vehicle
  • Company cell phone and laptop
  • Paid time off
  • Health, dental, and vision benefits
  • Opportunity to grow with a rapidly expanding company and play a key role in its future success

If you're looking for an opportunity to build something, lead a great team, and make a lasting impact, we'd love to hear from you.
