This role is built for those who thrive in high-stakes, fast-moving environments where the only constant is change. You will act as both a hands-on operator and a strategic partner, managing the tension of competing priorities and building processes from the ground up. If you are energized by ambiguity, stay steady under pressure, and are motivated by the challenge of moving the real world, this is where you'll grow.

Rate of Pay:                 $110,968 to $137,078 per year

  • Monitor, understand, and interpret key operational and financial metrics to inform strategy and action plans.
  • Develop and apply understanding of the levers that move our business.
  • Identify the root cause of risks and opportunities, propose multiple, practical solutions, and weigh tradeoffs to recommend the best approach.
  • Implement, optimize, and scale core analyses and processes, regularly reviewing performance.
  • Proactively search for new features or improvements that could improve the experience on and efficiency of our marketplace, measure their impact and collaborate with Product teams to implement launches.
  • Maintain productive working relationships with immediate team and cross-functional partners across operations, marketing, customer support, product, policy, and legal to scope, test and implement initiatives.
  • May telecommute.

Basic Qualifications

  • Employer will accept a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, Information Systems, or related field, and 2 years of experience in the job offered or in a related occupation.
  • Position requires:
    • Modeling and data visualization using Excel;
    • Business data analytics;
    • Using data to inform business decisions;
    • Business problem solving including process improvement optimizations;
    • Statistical language and tools such as SQL, Python, R, or Stata;
    • Project management;
    • Building data-driven slide decks using Google slides or Powerpoint;
    • Assessment of business operations for regulatory compliance risk;
    • Creating data-driven business strategies.
