  • Support BAU Invoice Operations: Oversee the global monthly payment pipeline for a core portfolio of digital marketing vendors. You will be responsible for ensuring the timely processing of 300+ monthly invoices, representing multi-million dollars in performance and brand marketing spend.
  • Operational Automation: Proactively identify and execute opportunities to automate routine, manual billing tasks. You will leverage internal tools and process improvements to drive business efficiency and reduce operational friction.
  • Strategic Vendor Management: Own the operational relationships with billing and finance contacts across our digital marketing vendor ecosystem. You will represent Client’s interests, ensuring strong working partnerships and maintaining a transparent, timely communication loop.
