The Corrugated Packaging Sales Representative will be responsible for driving sales growth and building strong relationships with clients in the corrugated packaging sector. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, understanding customer needs, and providing tailored solutions that enhance their packaging operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background, excellent communication skills, and a passion for the packaging industry.

Locations: We are hiring two Sales Representatives-one to support the greater Louisville, KY area, and another to support the greater Bowling Green, KY and Northern Tennessee region.

What you'll do:

  • Business Development:Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the corrugated packaging market. Develop and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients through networking, cold calling, and attending industry events.

  • Client Relationship Management:Build and nurture relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction. Address client inquiries, provide product information, and resolve any issues that arise.

  • Sales Strategy:Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets. Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify opportunities for growth.

  • Product Knowledge:Have a deep understanding of the company's corrugated box products and services. Provide expert advice to clients on product selection, customization options, and corrugated packaging solutions.

  • Proposal and Negotiation:Prepare and present sales proposals, including pricing, product specifications, and delivery terms. Negotiate contracts and agreements to achieve favorable terms for both the company and the client.

Who you are:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience

  • Proven ability to work independently, juggle multiple priorities and complete responsibilities in a fast paced, change oriented environment

  • Proven ability to develop and maintain effective work relationships with internal and external stakeholders

Requirements and experience:

  • Minimum of 3years' experienceselling corrugated packaging and displays.

  • Strong, aggressive sales and prospecting abilities.

  • Ability to build rapport with prospects and clients.

  • Commitment to outstanding customer service.

  • Ability to act independently, take initiative and drive tasks and issues to resolution.

  • Strong organizational and communication skills.

  • Customer focused with timely decision-making skills.
